We are up to 444 members! Such a great number. Those of you are are on the sidelines, we encourage you to get more involved. If you are a ham and want to get on the list for the weekly nets, let me know. Those of you who are thinking about getting licensed, we encourage you to do so. Don't wait! As you can see, our way of life is quickly changing.
Here is how I went about getting licensed:
Study tool: https://hamstudy.org/ I paid for the phone app and it was worth it. You can study anywhere, which is a a huge benefit.
Online testing: https://hamstudy.org/sessions The group I used was great!
Time to get off the bench! There are people here who will support you along the way.
Join me in thanking some of the key contributors to the success of AHRN, hear about changes going on at HQ & here in the network, and find out what that means for us as we move forward.
...and we'll be just fine!
Quick update to let you know what's going on and what changes you might see as a result.
If you have questions, comments, or concerns feel free to leave a comment and I'll get back with you asap!

Hello Lori@freebirdie and Everyone on AmCon HAM Radio Network,
I have been a Tech for a long while and just upgraded to General about 6 months ago.
I am looking for a community where I can learn about being a HAM Radio Operator, in my area and further out; if my 100 watt station can "make the tip".
